Shipping Costs

Free shipping in the United States on all orders

  • If an item is returned, it is at the buyer’s expense
  • Exchanges will result in a $10 flat rate shipping fee

    Customer is responsible for any duties and fees on all international orders.  If international orders are returned to sender, customer is responsible for ALL related re-shipping expenses. 

    Order Processing

    All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed, this excludes any product we list a lead time on.

    • Orders ship Monday through Friday from our Southern California warehouse via USPS unless otherwise noted.

    Cancellation Policy

    All order cancelations will result in a 3% credit card processing fee. If a cancellation has occurred after an order has been shipped, there is a 20% restocking fee.

    Lost / Late Packages

    It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address on all orders. Any lost or late packages are the buyers responsibility to handle directly with the shipping company.

    Damaged Packages

    We always do our best to pack our items for them to arrive to you in the best possible shape. It is the buyer's responsibility to let Yota Leds know within one week of receiving their item should any damage occur during transit.
